HighLife Luxury Hair was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to the best hair on the market.

It started with a bad experience. My first time with hair extensions wasn’t the best, and that’s the reason HighLife Luxury Hair exists.

Back in 2010, I was preparing for a trip and wanted to look my best. I spent over $300 on hair, $200 on the installation, and three hours in the stylist’s chair. The hair looked beautiful. My stylist even said I looked like a movie star. I felt like one, too.

But just one day into my trip, the hair became stiff, started tangling, and looked so awful. I went from looking like a movie star to looking like I was starring in a horror movie.

I was so embarrassed. My hair ruined what should have been a wonderful trip.

I didn’t want other women to go through that same disappointment. So before we ever opened our doors, we spent three years testing hair, because you have to know what you’re selling before you sell it.
